The work comp insurance made me feel like I was wrong, even though I knew I sustained a legitimate injury on the job. I didn't know what to do. They even closed my case. Keith Semple REVERSED it through the Oregon judicial system and not only did they end up paying my medical bills, I was able to settle with them for a reasonable compensation amount for my situation.
