It has been a good experience so far. I met with Tim who did the consultation with me. He did a great job listening, taking notes, and anticipating what my needs were moving forward. I then met with Connie for a strategy session and I just felt comfortable the whole time. I feel like everything I needed was being checked off and there was really good follow up as well. I appreciate what has been done so far.

I've had a great experience working with Johnson Law Firm. I'm grateful to have both Connie and Jackie working on my case. They are professional, thorough and are exactly the type of legal support that I needed. Both of them are very detail oriented and great at what they do. My wife and I hired Johnson Law for guardianship of our grandchildren. Our initial appointment was with Tim Arndt, the Client Engagement Specialist. Tim was very thorough in gathering information on our particular situation, he listened to what we had to say and what our goals were. He also explained that the firm would meet with us to strategize about the case before going forward if they felt it was sustainable. Tim has also been there for us to answer some basic questions along the way and checks in on us regularly. Our lawyer Rachel and the others working on our case, Jackie and Alexia have done an amazing job preparing the necessary documents and filings. Rachel is a confident and assertive lawyer. She has worked tirelessly to get us to the point were are at in our case. While our case is not yet final, regardless of the outcome, Johnson Law has been amazing through all of it. I would highly recommend Johnson Law if you are in need of the legal services they offer. There are no guarantees when it comes to something like this and ultimately it is up to the judge.

Unethical Conduct and Possible Over Billing Very Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this firm during my divorce case. One of the paralegals behaved inappropriately by making personal advances toward me, which was completely unprofessional and crossed ethical boundaries. At a time when I needed support and clarity, this behavior added unnecessary stress. Additionally, I feel there may have been double billing for several services, being charged by both the paralegal and the attorney for the same work. When I raised the issue, I was met with vague explanations and no accountability. This felt like an attempt to take advantage during an already difficult time. If you’re looking for legal support that is both ethical and respectful, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. * in response to your reply. You did call immediately after I left a bad review. However, you not once responded to my emails, or phone calls for a month prior. Not one, you showed no such care. Not until I left a bad review, and then you called and asked me to remove it, while not responding to any of my issues. Hence the need to leave you a bad review. As a member of our community and local chamber of commerce, I would expect much more. You guys did in fact ignore me for months after losing our last hearing and taking thousands of dollars from me, to leave your work unfinished and unanswered. Only to call and ask me to remove a negative review that in my opinion was well earned.

Courtney went above and beyond for my we Ashley and I, she took a case on super short notice, realized there was a better fit for us, referred us to that person, she still showed up to our first court hearing which we were most stressed about so we weren’t alone, she had 24hrs or less to prepare and she was ON TOP of it, I know Courtney used Tim as a resource and we spent some time talking with Tim as well, I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need, and have peace of mind knowing if there’s a part of your case they don’t feel they can do best for you they won’t just take your money and try they will assist you in finding a better and then will share all the work and information they had put in this far, they have communicated amazingly and shared everything they had found and gathered quickly with our lawyers and Courtney was willing to catch my new lawyer up to speed however she could

If I could give this "law firm" a zero I would. $6000 retainer was spent on one declaration one a motion with one court date. Court date was delayed by half a year and a month before trial. After wanting an itemized detailed invoice and wondering about the delays they put in a motion to withdraw and uploaded a declaration that released confidential information that the other party used to try and get an IRO. During the IRO they Failed to show up to a court date and tell me about it until day of. They withdrew and left me with 3 court dates on the same day and one court date(IRO) the other party was using their declaration. did NOT communicate after I expressed concerns and goals for my case. Filed continuances on my behalf without consulting with me. I would HIGHLY advise you to choose another firm.
