This has been the scariest, most depressing, frustrating time in my life. Celeste, Eric, and Ann have taken me through this entire process. They have been kind, thorough, compassionate, empathetic, caring, and so much more. It's so nice to be looked at and treated like an individual person, and not just another case. They are on it all the time - Every single day, late at night, early in the morning... Seriously. I didn't think there would be any way to navigate all of this with STRS and Social Security. They did, and continue to do, an amazing job.
