They tell you not to worry about it and then when it’s done they email you results. So if your like me when you have 100+ spam emails it gets lost. Lack of communication. No texts or calls. License got suspended and cost even more than my just taking the drivers test. He said it was to bad after the fact.

VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. I never heard from Joseph and when I reached out to him, he tried to play coy and said that I did not reach out to him. THIS IS NOT HOW IT GOES. He held on to my money for an additional 3 days. Be weary when using this company for closings.

I was referred to Joseph by someone from the Florida Bar, and I had a very unpleasant phone conversation with him. He did not let me explain why I was interested in his services he kept talking over me which was really rude, and I hung up on him. He really pissed me off he is very unprofessional. He told me I could get arrested just off of someone making up false accusations, and allegations against me. I told him that is not how that goes you have to have proof someone committed a crime you can’t arrest someone off of he say she say. I told him If that’s the case everyone would be arrested because everyone has been lied on at some point in their life. He was automatically against me because I am a Tenant, and because of why I was interested in getting an attorney. All these attorneys, and none of them represent Tenants?…That's crazy all Tenants are not bad Tenants, but we are in they eyes this is a crazy world we living in. The only reason I gave him a 1 star is because I had too I would give him 0 if it was up to me.

Joseph Hunchuck's services were second to none. EXTREMELY reasonably priced and just did an excellent job. He told me exactly what to expect and handled everything. I literally just sat back while he took my ticket to court, fought it for me and got it reduced with no points on my license (which is literally exactly what he told me to expect in my initial talk with him). On top of all of this, he is quick to respond to messages and is just a super nice, polite guy.

Best traffic attorney around! I paid Joe $60 and he was able to find my ticket after only sending him a picture of it by text message. He updated me when the ticket was uploaded in the system and notified me when he was going to court for my case. In the end, he got the case dismissed saving me a couple hundred dollars. I truthfully couldn't be any happier. Save yourself the hassle of finding a good attorney and go with Joe.

Hiring a lawyer is never easy or fun. Once I met Joseph, I felt at ease. He explained my family law case, step by step, and was always available if I had any questions. I highly recommend him and his firm!

Mr. Hunchuck graciously gave me 15 minutes of his time today with my initial and only contact (by phone). He advised me of my rights, and advised against a legal attempt in my situation as it would probably not be the outcome I'd hope for. I appreciate his knowledge, his willingness, and his candor, and if I have need in the future, I will have confidence in calling on him for help.
