I reached out to Joseph and his practice in early February of 2020 and I have to say in Summary: If you are having an issue with Identity Theft Joseph is the person to ask about it. He's knowledgeable, professional, prompt in his responses and he doesn't leave you hanging. He will stay with you throughout the problem and make sure it's resolved. ------------------------------------------------ I'm taking the time to write this detailed review because it's not often that you get the type of support that I received and I want to make sure it is noted. I was a victim of identity theft and experience multiple fraudulent accounts created in my name, credit impact, difficulty following up with police to get reports and challenge getting companies to close fraudulent accounts and request all inquiries be removed to credit bureaus. Not only did Joseph jump into this mess I was experiencing head first, he took time to speak with me directly and educate me on the different types of fraud, my rights, specific steps to take with the companies and credit bureaus and documentation. For those that have experienced Identity Theft, I'm sure they understand the feeling of helplessness. The support Joseph provided was refreshing and welcomed compared to the lack of support and direction I had received before reaching out. Then he took it a step further and this is why I would recommend his practice. He didn't just leave and disappear after speaking with me and providing the above mentioned information. I have just spoken to Joseph today for the first time, but I could tell he genuinely likes to help people.
