Jonathan Zerr was appointed to represent my sister-in-law as a repondent in a guardianship case. The petitioner is no relation to our family. She told him that she did not want this person to be in her business because she don't handle her own. My sister in law had already put her care plan in place and because it was not what this none family member wanted She petitioned the court for guardianship. Zerr conspired with the other lawyer, did not follow the recommendation of the doctor to allow her family to continue to care for her. The non family member was granted guardianship and thirty days later have not contacted her nor come to see about her. He only called 1 witness where as the petitioner side had 4 who lied under oath. Her family did not petition for guardianship because this is not what she wanted. So whatever you do, do not heir this man he will not work for you!!!

Very helpful in probate court for my sister in law. Followed the protocol and very respectful of her needs.

Jonathan S. Zerr seemed totally uninterested in my Aunt's case or listening to her at all choosing only to listen to the pertitioner's attorney, he lied about his agenda in court to her, and completely disregarded her wishes, and he only talked to her two days before court both times for less than 10mins.
