Karen A. Volz

This is my own personal experience with Karen A.Volz I needed a family attorney for an emergency that happened to me from my to be ex husband. I contacted Karen for help at 8 am in the morning at her office. She was a wonderful human being not only an attorney. She tried her best to help me even though I didn't see her or pay her. It was only over the phone rescue call from me. I appreciate it a lot when an attorney deals with people in a kind manner as human beings not as numbers. I wish her all the best, prayers go to her and to everyone that helps people that are in a need of a certain kind of help that no one can provide except an attorney. Thank you again Karen! Karen Volz is not only a fantastic family attorney, but a phenomenal human being. She has a lot of experience and will absolutely put her heart into it. She doesn't mind being honest and in my case was very ethical. Don't let first impressions deceive you. They're times you'll feel she is asking you to go against yourself but she absolutely knows what she's doing. I've learned with her that: court sense doesn't usually follow common sense. I highly recommend her and so do a lot of very respectable people I know.

As a woman, I am ashamed to have her representing other women or prosecuting other women. I won't go into details, as it would not be polite to do so publicly. But when it came to the case I'm referring to, she fought, I felt unethically and ruthlessly in court via phone-- making insinuations related to character to a judge that were not only false but gross. Her client was surely satisfied, so good job on that part. However, unfortunately the children in the case did not benefit, as their biological father has not paid child support since 2014. $0. If you're looking for an attorney to represent you so you do not have to pay child support or a lesser amount, Karen is a wonderful attorney, she'll help you so that you don't have to support your children as they should be supported according to Iowa child support recovery guidelines and law. Five stars!
