Had a car accident on Jan 2025. Having a stressful experience with an accident my mom had been unfortunate with, and me not wanting to deal with a car accident involving 3 vehicles, I decided to call an attorney and I was given a good recommendation to Johnny’s office. Very communicative. Questions are answered in a timely manner if not that very instant. Very polite. They make communication easy, which is the most important thing to me since I like to be in the loop when it comes to these things. Patience is key. These things take time and can’t be rushed. When I had to deal with my mother’s accident, it took me a bit over a year to get things settled and then was sued in small claims, which I also helped her with and ended up winning because she was not at fault. But if you don’t want to deal with all of that, then give Kate a call, it doesn’t hurt to try. Thank you Johnny, Angela, Venitha(my assigned teammates) and thank you to the rest of the staff who answered my questions when they were able to do it themselves.

Kate and her team did a fantastic job making sure the whole process went smoothly and completed in a professional manner. They made sure to keep me in the loop when there was any hiccups. Definitely recommend to any friends or families!
