I can't explain enough how amazing Tharesa and her team are! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!! Her and her team are attentive and caring to you and your case which helps ease the stress of the situation. She won my case and helped with so much more than that! And shes a badass in the court room! 10/10!!

Theresa was able to correct the injustice that occurred in my divorce case when my ex-husband filed a false emergency ex parte order with the court. The interim order correctly returned my children to me as well as the house.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my own experience with Kellington & Oster. My family has been dealing with a family law matter for about 4.5 years. We began this long process with Dan and had the pleasure of meeting Theresa after his passing. Theresa and her staff have been nothing short of amazing to work with. This attorney is the best in a courtroom! Her staff have always kept me informed and answered any questions I’ve had along the way. I have read some negative reviews. This is the hard truth of the matter. A good attorney is not cheap no matter what. Legal issues are never fun to deal with. This firm gave us a clear contract up front so cost was not a surprise. As a client I did my best to keep Theresa and her staff well informed so they had the information to fight for us. We won some and we lost some but I never felt these people weren’t doing the very best they could for us. In my opinion five stars is not enough!

Theresa rep my parents and I back in 2009, we were supposed to have another lawyer present but instead she repped us both which is NOT legal. I was young (18yo single mother) and didn't understand much and should have had my own lawyer but trusted that this was going to go well but instead I was taken advantage of. Never would I go back but recently was sent an invoice for $1500 some work her deceased partner supposedly worked on. I never hired either of them. I don't even know who Dave was/is. She stated she has sent me invoices for years but this is the 1st one I have ever seen. The invoice states 2021 but when asked about more info Theresa was rude, inconsistent & couldn't even tell me anything besides a custody case he worked on in 2019? Now the dates have changed? She has plenty of time to give me more information but instead just sent me a bill with no explanation and no papers of a case they supposedly worked on... I didn't have any custody hearings in 2019 or 2021 so somethings is very sketchy with her and her firm. I don't trust her at all and either should you.

I've hired Theresa twice now and she never let's me down. I knew the instant I met this woman, she was my attorney. I expect a lot from people and I watch closely. She has the drive and the trusting eye you want to see in someone your hiring for legal work. Her team has been great and prompt also. Theresa has the ability to fight for you, whereas other attorneys I spoke to before, certainly did not. Legal battles can get ugly and Theresa Kellington will fight for you when needed! I would recommend Theresa's team 100% and I rarely do that. You will regret it if you don't hire her!!

We originally started working with Dan, he was a amazing person with a huge heart and really had a drive to want to help us with in the budget we had. Unexpected circumstances lead us to his partner Theresa Kellington and her staff. Her staff was always very warm and friendly with a drive to get any and all answers and help any way they could, while always being very professional and extremely friendly! Theresa was so very informative, professionally, prompt, helpful in the final steps of everything! She made us feel like more then just another case and I’m so glad we had the opportunity to finish the process with her she is a great lawyer and a welcoming and friendly person!! Thank you all for everything you did for our family!

If ZERO stars was option that wouldn't do justice for the blatant waste of time and money. Hired Theresa to simply get agreement put on paper. Not only did she fail at simple task of doing that. She refused to do what I was asking she just wants money doesn't care what client actually wants. Don't waste your time. And all these so called 5 star reviews I would bet they falsehood simply to keep the money pit thriving.
