The attorneys handling my case have continued to have issues with Kilpatrick and their party, who have wrongfully communicated unethical information via a settlement. After signing the settlement, Kilpatrick and their associates have crossed out the most important part of the settlement, thinking as if our family wouldn’t notice, which was known as the money aspect or the complete settlement cost. After the settlement was completed no payment was made to the account that I originally had with AT&T. My current balance is still showing which is affecting my credit score and the collections department continuing to Hassle me. Kilpatrick and And their attorneys are an example with representation of unfairness an unethical values, partnering with top corporate businesses in order to settle disputes while I’m not paying out the actual payments in order to gain for their own good. I am so sick of people who live in fancy houses, make good money, and think it’s appropriate to mess with middle class individuals like myself who are just now building their lives after leaving college, not understanding or realizing that we are sick and tired of it and we will continue to fight back. How do you continue to go home with a mindset that you won’t have taken it is OK to take what doesn’t belong to you from people like me. You should be ashamed. Once my settlement is finally resolved after multiple attempts, I will remove this review but until then this review shows the real values that you all hold and how unethically your business is run.
