NOT RELIABLE!!! I Spoke with Frank in April and sent the requested information. I never got contacted confirming receipt of such paperwork. I contacted him again on June 2nd and had a phone conference scheduled for June 8th, he never contacted me! I then sent an email expressing my frustration, again no following up. I was left without representation!

I called this attorney in order to obtain COST for my legal fees to close on my home. I have a desirable house, in a very desirable and private area of Camillus and am confident of the sale of my home. However with the given state of the economy, we were considering what to do. This attorney was unprofessional, rude, and even yelled at me not to list my house during this time. He questioned me up and down about every reason and issue toward the sale of my house and I was in pure shock. I did not ask for his opinion and he gave me an earful on why I should not list. He was demeaning and very unprofessional. Hopefully this review never causes another client to be treated that way again!

I worked with Kurt in my custody case. He wasn't responsive, not professional.After the case was over no information was submitted to the courts. Unfortunately I personally didn't have a good experience with him. And it has been over a year. As well as my retainer has not been issued back to me.
