I would not recommend as a divorce attorney or for any other legal matter. Their response time is extremely poor. Something I was originally told would take about 3 months dragged out for over 9 months, entirely due to their lack of urgency and delays on even the most basic items. Throughout the process, they demonstrated poor communication. The most basic expectation of good service, clear communication, urgency, and timely follow-through was not met. Even the bare minimum wasn’t delivered, and that speaks volumes. If you value efficiency and accountability, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I should have left this review a year ago. Laura Hayes had no compassion or integrity. She was constantly distracted and didn’t even bother to obtain a necessary police report that was essential to my case. She flaked on phone calls many times and failed to call me back when promised. She was unprepared for my case and cost me precious time with my children as well as thousands of dollars. Hiring her was the biggest regret of my life, aside from marrying my ex!

I cannot emphasize enough what an excellent lawyer Chris Meuse is. From the very first day, he guided me through the entire legal process in the best and most efficient way for my particular circumstances. He was always available to answer all of my questions and provided me with confidence and peace during some of the most difficult moments of my life. He and his staff were always very response to my need. He is incredibly knowledgeable about family law and was able to explain everything in precise detail. In the end, I got exactly the result that we were hoping - I 100% recommend hiring him as your lawyer!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and support that Chris Meuse and his team showed me through a difficult period in life. His team didn't just dig in and keep their eye on all the details associated with my case (which they did), they approached my case with compassion and a laser focus on the well-being of my children.
