I would put no starts to this attorney. Very unprofessional, zero customer service and no care at all. The only thing he cares is money. At first, he treats you very well, don’t allow yourself to catch for that. then , he doesn’t even remember what is your case about. Obviously, he has many, but at least a little bit of consideration caring aus, immigrants, we deserve someone who help us because we don’t know any better just what " the lawyer " says. Appoitment with him are very quick, because he says what he needs to say and that it. If you ask something else, he gets annoyed and just answers saying " I already told you what to do" period. Anyways, I hope this review helps you, also the 2 ladies that work with him are very disrespectful, impolite and don’t know their job. Yo no le pondría ni una estrella a este abogado. Nada profesional, atención al cliente es nula y no se preocupa por nada. Oh yea hay una cosa en la que si se preocupa, en que le des dinero. Primero, el te trata muy bien , no te dejes engañar por eso, después el ni siquiera recuerda cuál es tu caso. Obvio, el tiene muchos casos, pero al menos un poquito de consideración, nosotros como inmigrantes , merecemos que se nos trate bien, que se nos guíe como es, porque no sabemos nada acerca de las leyes, simplemente lo que " el abogado " dice. Las citas con el son rapidísimas, porque dice lo que tiene que decir y punto, si tu tienes otra pregunta adicional, se molesta y sólo responde " ya te dije que hacer" punto. Y literal con su silencio te saca de su oficina. Ojalá que mi opinión te ayude, también tengo que decir que las 2 chicas que trabajan con el son muy irrespetuosas, descorteses, mala gracia, y no saben hacer su trabajo.

La peor experiencia, nada profesional cerrado de ideas u opiniones. Solo pide dinero y no da pruebas o avances de los casos. Por favor educarse y hacer sus propios criterios antes de tomar la decision de quien quieren que los represente en algo tan importante como su estadia en este pais

Mr. Scarpati is hands down one of the best lawyers I’ve met. He is an honest man & will not steer you wrong. He clearly explains the process & is upfront with what the possibilities & outcome of your case could be. He helped my mother with her immigration case & is now helping my father as well. My parents have been scammed by many other lawyers but Mr. Scarpati has been a saving grace for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer!

I feel that i was robbed by this man. Charged me $1000 to help me with my divorce and after days of calling to find out. To have an update on the case all he did was make a call to the previous lawyer that was handling my case and told me all I knew and then he said that there was nothing else that he could do. No being enough he then told me to call back in a week to see if he could continue to help me. Honestly the worst experience I had. Add to that, the ladies that work with him and you have a complete waste of time and money.
