Attorney Davis and her team really came through for me and made what could have been a messy, complicated divorce process far more efficient and painless instead. Brianna has been my attorney for a little over a year now and protected my children and I from a dangerous situation by securing restraining orders and full custody of my four children. *For anyone looking for an attorney, more so men looking for an attorney* please read this! Divorces are tough, stressful, and painstaking especially if it’s a nasty one where neither you or your soon to be ex can’t agree on anything, or there are significant issues and a major custody battle has ensued. And on the search for attorneys adds stress to that as well, because you want a good one right? Of course you do. I made the very unfortunate mistake of hiring other counsel previously, that rhymes with Shmolberg Bones; Attorney’s for Men. And that was one of the worst decisions I made last year when my divorce and custody battle began. Brianna on the other hand, was the complete opposite. While my ex had a great attorney, and no matter how much my ex chirped in my ear about how her attorney is better and that they weren’t stressing Brianna, her attorneys actions proved otherwise, and he respects her greatly, they work together quite often. Brianna is extremely sweet, explains everything in blatant terms and not legalese to her clients so they understand everything crystal clear. But get her in the courtroom, and just watch her cook off. She’s tenacious and aggressive and will fight harder than any attorney in the courtroom that day, and the best part, is she does it all with a smile. Kill them with kindness, right? Especially for a dad (no discredit to you moms out there) who is absolutely trying his hardest to get his fair share of custody/time with his kid, this lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. In the end, Brianna forced opposing counsel and the courts to get me everything that I not only wanted, but what my daughter needed and will always need, her father back and in her life forever. Brianna gave me back what the other law firm lost me and wouldn’t fight for. Brianna afforded my daughter the opportunity to see her father 50% of the year, instead of 28 days like my previous counsel allowed. And for that, I will forever be thankful for her, and will recommend her to anyone in San Diego looking for an attorney, she truly is the best! Thank you Brianna!

Brianna has been the best lawyer I could have asked for. She has helped in with my ex husband and our family law case.
