I began my research into a living trust in mid-2023 when I knew I wanted to establish security for my son and my family and leave things in order for them. I googled trust attorneys near OC and set up a few consultations. What stood out to me about this office is that once I submitted an online inquiry, I was contacted very quickly, if memory serves correct, the next day. I was contacted to get scheduled for a phone consult and received an email with a packet to fill out my information ahead of the call so the attorney knew what my goals were with a trust. My needs were fairly simple, and after the phone consult I felt comfortable that this office is knowledgeable and my trust would be in good hands. I went in person for the meeting with the attorney, completion of the trust. Their office was inviting and they have a notary on staff which made it quick and easy. I received my copies and instructions of the trust. I highly recommend this office!

James Roberts took care of our parent’s family trust in 1994. Our dad passed 27 years ago and Mom was blessed with a very long life. For many years, Mr. Roberts continued to be available to assist Mom, advising her to revisit the family trust at least every 5 years to be sure to gather all the life changes that ensued, until her own passing earlier this year (2025). He gave her all the tools she needed, which gave our entire family a huge sense of security. During the last 6 months of mom’s life, we spent much time with Mr. Roberts. He patiently reviewed the (many!) details with all of us present. He shared his abundant knowledge and experience with a gentle and empathetic guiding hand, all while remaining focused and efficient.
