I glad to see nothing in the lawyer business has changed. I had a 1300.00 loan and hy the time yall were through with it it doubled also you wiped my checking account I went to court and got in a plan. Long story short I got scammed out of 3 months of my house notes so I had to make them up and I got back to make a payment to yall lady said it was to late thY you filed for a garnishment. I was never notified and your taking over 600.00 a pay check which us now gonna put me behind on my house note again. It's just good to see that yall are still the same and show no remorse for people or thieves situation. I would like to know how long your gonna this from because i only owes 1800.00 of the original 1300.00 loan And you wonder why people hate lawyers But just remember what goes around comes around and karma is funny. If there is any justice in this world you will get yours. Hope you have a good rest of the day I dont wish misfortune on anyone but I didn't deserve what you are doing to me

I change my rating because. Yes you call and no one gets back to you but when I walk in the building and ask to speak with someone they made the time to talk to me and explain a lot of things I didn't know about. Like they won't call you back till the day before your court date they are always working and taking care of May cases so they are not all the time there and able to return your call right away. But if you have go there and talk to them explain your situation they will work with you to resolve the issue the best way possible. I know every case is different but I got great help from them! can't complain!

This place is a joke. They won't answer calls or return phone calls in a timely manner because they "are always in court" or "working on cases in order". However they will take everything out of your bank account without so much as a courtesy call.

* I am changing my review! Finally was able to get ahold of the office! The lady who answered was extremely kind and forthcoming with information! Side note- they are so busy due to volume! I have tried to get in touch with this company for multiple weeks now with no answer. The phone is never answered. How are you supposed to take care of a situation with an unresponsive company

The team at this location are attentive and knowledgeable. They are very easy to work with and will follow-up with you when they say they will. They will give you all the information you need and make sure that you clearly understand what your options are, very professional.

How can you make payments if they never answer your calls. I even drove to Murfreesboro to make a payment and the employees are smoking. But by the time you get to the door its locked.

They don't answer the phone or your questions about your case . They leave you messed up messages . And when you go talking to them in person that act like nothing happened .
