Esa abogada jamas contesta las llamadas. Desde que mi esposo la contrato jamas se ah podido comunicar con ella, pero bien que cobra si por mi fuera ni una estrella le daba.

No me contestaban llamadas, correo de voz (no regresaban la llamada), correo electrónico, msje en el Portal y NADIE jamás se comunicaba conmigo! Si después de que llamen y no les contesten o no se comunican con ustedes, manden correo electrónico, tengan pruebas de que ustedes se comunican y ellos los ignoran! Hay mucho más que paso despues. Me quisieron sacar mas $$. PORFAVOR piensen bien antes que Contraten el sercivio aqui. Si ya tienen caso con ella y los ignoran como lo hicieron con nosotros por Años busquen alguien mas por su salud mental y familia. Es lo que terminamos haciendo y gracias a Dios que decidimos hacerlo.

No puedo mas que agradecer desde el fondo de mi Corazon a la abogada norma por ayudarme a estar Otra vez con mi familia.......Dios la bendiga..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started working with her back in January 2021, I joined the military to help adjust my parents status. She communicated well the first couple months and after we paid her all the money, she never returned a call or email. My parents cases are still not finished and at this point we are working with other attorneys but need a case file of what was done to begin with. Will not return calls regardless of the 48 hours, respond to emails or messages on the client portal. 4 years later in the military and still no hope for my parents. Would NEVER recommend.
