Carring and attentive lawyers are hard to find, Regina Walker is one of them. It was a long process from start to finish I know she did everything possible for me ( I'm a trust but verify kind of person). Skip the commercial laden lawyers and go for a lawyer who you can be one one with, every time, every call. I cant thank her enough.

Now That Marijuana is Legal in New York State…. I wonder if I could ever have another chance at getting SSDI. Wow she really gave me an earful about smoking Marijuana that I can’t get SSDI if I’m using it! Even got every urine screen from my outpatient clinic just really lectured me about Marijuana use. My Social Security hearing in front of the Judge was all about my drug use not whether I could work or not work. But I’m working full time now so I don’t need SSDI anymore…. But wow I wonder if she changed her opinion now that Marijuana is Legal and if the process is different now. Wow just lectures you not to smoke pot!!!
