We had a phone meeting with Ryan Fender today to discuss my aging mother’s estate planning needs, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan was pleasant, patient, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. He also provided referrals to other estate planning specialists who can assist us with the Medi-Cal process. We would gladly use Ryan’s services again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent estate planning attorney.

Ryan and Laura Fender have been amazing to work with on a very complex and heart wrenching project. My Son went missing 15 years ago and I have refused to lose hope and file a death certificate. Recently I decided it was time to put closure to this for my family. Ryan and Laura worked on the paperwork, scheduled the courts and were able to get the documents filed that we needed. I couldn't have done it with out their kindness and support all thru the process. This was not easy to do and they were on top of it the entire time. They are the best!!!

I very much appreciated that. He took time to explain all the documents I was signing and then spent time answering all my related questions. Ryan even took the time to share personal experiences to help me feel comfortable. At no point did I feel rushed, like I was being hurried or pushed out. I had some questions regarding probate so I decided to call an attorney. I did a simple Google search of nearby attorneys and found Ryan. I was a little nervous to call as I’ve never worked with an attorney before. I spoke with Ryan and let him know what I was dealing with and he was very sympathetic which I really appreciated. He confirmed the information that I researched was indeed correct, which was all I really needed and advised that I could take care of the process on my own. Overall, Ryan was great.
