I had an absolutely terrible experience with this attorney. He is, without a doubt, the worst attorney ever! Do not even waste your precious time chatting with him; it will only lead to humiliation and frustration. From the very beginning, it was clear that he lacks basic communication skills. He seems completely unable to listen or understand my concerns, which only added to my stress during an already difficult time. It felt like I was talking to a wall. His lack of empathy is shocking—he treated my situation as if it were just another mundane task, completely disregarding the emotional weight it carried for me. Most alarmingly, the information he provided was not only incorrect but also misleading. I trusted him to guide me through the legal process, and instead, I found myself more confused and misinformed than ever. How much worse can it get when you rely on someone for expertise, only to realize they have none? I left our meetings feeling defeated and anxious, questioning everything I thought I knew about my case. If you value your time, peace of mind, and the integrity of your legal representation, steer clear of this attorney at all costs! Save yourself the headache and find someone who actually cares and knows what they’re doing.

Attorney Hu is a very intelligent and experienced immigration lawyer. Most importantly he is a very friendly person. I think anybody who knows him personally will be impressed with his quick response, and easily accessible and friendly manners. The combination of all the above qualities, I believe, make him a great immigration lawyer. We did our filing through him. We had a great experience.

Mr. Hu is an incredible human being and attorney. He has a beautiful heart and always provides generous help to anybody who truly has difficulty. He extremely cares his clients and always dedicates himself to protecting the best interests for his clients. Highly recommended.

This attorney does not show any care for his clients. For example, when USCIS sent a letter, his office did not respond to me or the letter. Also, he seems to have no clue on the legal matters and lacks communications skills. I'm deeply disappointed by this man and only would recommend him if you want to waste money. He deleted his old Avvo profile because he was afraid that the truth would affect his business.

I used his service before. He is very rude, unprofessional and unpolished like someone who is not educated. All he cares is money and he doesn’t mind showing it. Ting is my middle name. Go check your file of 2003 and 2004. My experience with Mr Hu is every word I said above.

This is not a lawyer you want representing you in any case. He will exhaust all efforts to rip you off and the service is extremely poor and non professional. You better off representing yourself and save the money and frustration.
