Alex started out like he cared and knew what he was doing. He said he'd help with my worker's comp case, which is more unique than most. He introduced me to a chiropractor-- Dr. Gary Helmstetler --who he said would help me as my new PCP. This "doctor" proceeded to make passes at me in our appointments. I consulted Alex for advice regarding how this man wasn't being professional. He told me to "be an adult" because "there's no one else who will help you." I then have to plead with this doctor, telling him directly after he asks too many personal questions, "I really need you to be my professional doctor right now while I'm in such a vulnerable position." He takes that as if I rejected him. The next time I see him, he's cold, hurried, won't answer any of my questions, including asking if he's even looked at my MRI--the polar opposite treatment as he'd given me before. I just wanted neutral. Before I lay on his table, I ask him not to snap my neck, as I only have a back injury, he tells me he won't and then he does, within 5 minutes of agreeing not to. He had adjusted my neck before and it was gentle and corrective. This time it was mean, punishing, and I immediately got a pounding headache. He rushed me out of his office as if it were my fault he just assaulted me. I tell Alex what happened and how I can't go back to see this man again. He only says, "I suggest that you look for one before you burn this bridge." I share with him the police report number I'd already filed. Alex proceeds to drop me as his client after he reschedules my hearing multiple times, claiming "something's come up," when we both know it's because he screwed up and didn't want to fix it. A RICO report and investigation later, where they drop the case because it wasn't caught on camera (and why would it be?), it's been over 6 months and Dr. Gary Helmstetler is still blocking me from receiving care for my injury by claiming to be my 2nd PCP. That means I have to go to ANOTHER hearing just to get care, which I've been trying to get for over a year now, but have been blocked at every turn by this worker's comp process, its dictator of an insurance company, and its abusers taking advantage of its victims, like Dr. Gary Helmstetler. Alex, you said, "being a mermaid doesn't make you special," in a nasty tone, even though I'd never even said it did. My case, however, IS special because I was injured as a mermaid INSTRUCTOR, and just telling the Department of Labor what I did for work resulted in me winning my first hearing. Your own discrimination blinded you being a professional yourself, just like it blinded Gary, who also acted like he cared and knew what he was doing until he actually had to do it. You two deserve each other and, LADIES, steer clear of both of these men if you want to do what's best for yourselves.

Horrible attorney. He represented my Mom on a workman’s comp case. He doesn’t know what his doing. Doesn’t even know the laws of what he specializes on. Money hungry!! Don’t care about his clients
