My husband and I hired this company about a year ago to help us with identifying manipulation, child custody, and defending us against false accusations that my step son’s mom was making against us. R.SH was our attorney and the owner of the told told us "we would not be disappointed with her" on our initial consultation. Well, we aren’t disappointed, more like DISGUSTED. R.SH never had any closing comments to defend my husband and she let his exs attorney and our step sons attorney disrespect him on all mandatory mediation calls as well as scare him in to doing not what my husband wanted, but what his ex and our sons attorney wanted. Which was to switch visitation we have had for OVER three years to Massachusetts all because our 11 year old would "miss his mommy" 🙄 she wanted us to agree to having less rights then we already have now, instead of FIGHTING for what we wanted. When my husbands ex withdrew before A DAY BEFORE TRIAL (because she didn’t complete her discovery, and our attorneys never told us to keep the narrative and money flowing). When my husband told R.SH he wanted to withdrawal as well instead of spending ANOTHER 20k going to trial with her, she completely changed. My husband asked his attorney to propose a mutual withdrawal from the court so he would have to travel 12+ hours to Mass and she never sent the documents to her attorney even though we asked 3 business days before. Our attorney showed up 8 minutes late to court and we had to have a recall. She didn’t say a word to me when she arrived and she finally told my husbands exs about the mutual withdrawal and this seemed to be the first time her attorney was hearing about it. R.SH did this so I had to travel to court. She said "be prepared to tell the judge WHY you want to withdrawal" and refused to answer any of my questions why I had to sign a legal document. She did all this with an attitude & I said yup. THE JUDGE DID NOT CARE BY THE WAY AND DISMISSED THE CASE. To top it off, after paying them nearly 20k they asked for an $900 at the end of it all, absolutely discussing & 100% MOM ATTORNEYS.

I had a great experience getting a prenuptial agreement drafted, signed and notarized with Attorney Shawver and the team at Law Offices of Andrew Guisbond, who were very responsive to all of my emails and questions and were very accommodating with my time-sensitive situation.
