I cannot recommend Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram highly enough. From the very beginning of my EB1 petition through the final Green Card approval, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. My caseworkers — Yorgenis Flores, Attorney Busola, and Paulina — were outstanding. They were incredibly organized, responsive, and thorough throughout the EB1 filing process. They made a complex and often stressful process feel structured and manageable. I especially want to highlight how responsive they were to all of my questions — particularly Yorgenis, who consistently provided clear answers, guidance, and support whenever I needed it. The level of support I received was exceptional and continued all the way through my case approval and even beyond. During my I-485 (Adjustment of Status) stage, Hannah and Judith stepped in and continued the same level of excellence. They ensured every document was properly prepared, deadlines were met well in advance, and all my questions were answered clearly and promptly. Their communication gave me peace of mind during what can be one of the most anxious stages of the immigration journey. What truly stood out was the team’s coordination and consistency. At every phase — from EB1 filing to Green Card processing — I felt supported, informed, and represented by professionals who genuinely care about their clients’ success. If you are looking for an immigration team that combines deep expertise with responsiveness and integrity, Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram is the team you want on your side. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance and highly recommend them to anyone pursuing an EB1 petition or Green Card.
I worked with this firm for 16 months on an EB-1A petition. My caseworkers were Alberto Requego and Laura Ulloa. The draft they delivered contained: 1. Damaging, unvetted content - They wrote about my employer's "distinguished reputation" then immediately followed with: "XXXX has been embroiled in controversies, including engaging in automatic denials of insurance claims without reviewing them." This was clearly AI-generated text they copy-pasted without reading. It directly contradicts the argument and harms my case. 2. Wrong petitioner name - The opening line identified someone else as the petitioner. Another copy-paste from a template without basic review. 3. Approved by internal review - This draft, with all these errors, passed their quality control process. I provided a detailed 40-page reference document to guide the petition. They ignored it and wrote what was convenient for them instead. Mistakes happen, but this goes beyond acceptable errors. The draft wasn't salvageable - I am working with them for a rewrite. For the investment of time, money, and the stakes involved in immigration cases, this level of care is unacceptable. Choose your attorney very carefully.
"I am thrilled to share that my EB1A petition was recently approved! Navigating the 'Extraordinary Ability' category is incredibly daunting, but Andres Gomez, Miguel Farias made the process seamless. They were exceptionally strategic in how they framed my professional achievements and helped me identify the strongest evidence for each criterion. Their attention to detail and deep understanding of USCIS trends were the keys to my success. If you are looking for a firm that truly understands high-skilled immigration, look no further."
The complexity of the EB-1A requirements felt overwhelming at first, but Laura Ulloa immediately brought clarity and structure to the entire process. Her deep knowledge of the criteria was evident in every interaction. She was meticulous in guiding me on which evidence to prioritize and how to frame our documentation for maximum impact. Communication was flawless. Laura was always prompt, organized her requests clearly, and made sure we understood every milestone. Her calm, professional demeanor significantly reduced the stress of compiling such a large case file.
I would caution Indian applicants considering this firm. Following process changes introduced in 2025, my experience was below expectations. Communication was often careless—for example, even basic details such as the client’s email address were recorded incorrectly. Matters were repeatedly pushed close to deadlines, leaving little to no room for course correction. The paralegal support, in particular, lacked the level of competence and proactive guidance one would expect, and I often found myself without clear direction on next steps. Overall, the service did not reflect the standard required for a high-stakes immigration process.
I have personally had awful experiences dealing with Chris M. Ingram's law firm and feel there are very important factors to consider before you work with this firm. The initial contract fee given was about $11,000, which included three EB-1A categories. From the start, during the CV review stage, they indicated to me that a lot of applicants are turned down, and they had "approved" my CV. Upon further examination, I came to realize this appears to be their generic response to nearly all applicants. Even if the CV is very weak for EB-1A, they typically advise the applicant that it is "good enough" to move forward with the case and take the fee. After the CV review stage, they requested 1/3 of the payment to begin the case. Once I made the payment, I went through almost a full month of inactivity before any significant work was completed. When my case did finally begin, it was extremely slow. I would receive a draft for only one category every 1.5 to 2 months, which added to the delays of the case. I believe it is very evident that the firm had not understood my CV and did not have a complete knowledge about my work experience and accomplishments, even after 3 months. The drafts were indicative of the lack of knowledge about my work and accomplishments. Overall, the entire experience was exhausting. After nearly 11 months, my petition was filed, and I was very stressed out during the entire period. I sent frequent email inquiries asking if they could expedite the process and would receive the exact same response: "Our team is very busy so please be patient." This was a generic reply that was sent back to me every time. Another significant issue with the firm is their fee structure. The $11,000 fee is for only three categories of EB-1A. If I wanted to add more categories, I would be charged an additional fee of $1,500 per category added. Based off my experience with them, they aggressively suggested I draft four or five categories, thus increasing my overall expense. From their correspondence, it was made to appear as though the focus of structuring my case was to maximize their fee and not to present the best case possible. When I received the request for evidence (RFE) and thoroughly reviewed it, I was shocked. USCIS seemed to have no idea what my professional occupation entailed, which leads me to believe that this petition was not written in a clear, accurate, or focused manner. This gave me great concern. Following the RFE, the firm sent me a "review" indicating that they could respond to the RFE, but again for an additional fee of $1,500 per category that needed to be re-done. At this point, it felt like the entire case had been set up to generate additional fees in the way of response to an RFE. After waiting for 11 months, I received an RFE in which only one out of the four submitted categories was accepted. The attorneys requested an additional $1,500 per category to re-draft the arguments, plus another $1,500 to rewrite the Final Merits Determination section. In total, this amounted to approximately $6,000 in additional fees. Overall, it seems that the firm is using a strategy to continuously delay the case, add additional information to the case unnecessarily, and continue to charge for added services. They take simple, straightforward successes and make them convoluted by using difficult, indirect, and vague language when writing about the successes. As a result, the officer may fail to clearly understand what field you are in and what your true accomplishments are. Based on my experience and after having reviewed many other EB-1A petitions, I strongly advise applicants with strong CVs to avoid this firm. If you are looking for truly professional, strategic, and efficient legal work, this is not the right place. As an immigrant, I was already dealing with financial pressure and significant stress. Unfortunately, this firm multiplied that stress — and in the end, I did not achieve a positive result.
My caseworker, Laura, has been fantastic throughout my EB-1 journey. She’s incredibly hardworking, adaptable, and consistently goes above and beyond. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients — which is rare in my experience."
