Deanne and her team were awesome. I had horrible experience with three of my previous lawyers that by the time I got to meet Deanne and her team I was mentally drained. They helped me throughout the entire process and fought against my daughter’s father and his incompetent lawyer so that I can get the majority of the custody rather than 50/50. I have recommended them to others I know going through similar situations and I’d choose them over and over again.

Deanne and team where amazing through out the entire process allowing me to focus on work while they handled the case. Helping me fight for time with my daughter and making the whole process seamless. It was a tough time for me and my daughter but they helped us pull through it all and now I have my daughter for full weeks at a time. Highly recommend Deanne for family court matters.

Ms. Arthur came to me highly recommended for her specialty of being an excellent mediator. At the time my divorce initially was amicable with the intentions of doing mediation (no kids, just assets to sort). Unfortunately, this quickly changed as I was served with divorce papers by my ex wife and was now moving forward as a traditional divorce (with litigation). Furthermore, I was hit with a temporary restraining order in my own home (a ploy by my ex wife attorney to get me out of our home). Though I was saddened by this approach, I wasn't surprised as Ms. Arthur had proactively told me this was a possible tactic. Flash forward 2 months, Ms. Arthur did an excellent job of getting the TRO thrown out and my ex wife request for permanent restraining order denied. Fortunately, the judge also ordered both parties to mediate and this is where Ms. Arthur shined the brightest. I'm an even keeled, pragmatic person but got tested through this process. She was able to keep me level headed, earn some of my requests but also convinced me to strategtically compromise on several things (for the greater good). It's now been 1 year since we reached that settlement (divorce is already final). Taking time to reflect & process all the events I'm grateful for her services and team representing me. They were responsive to all email inquiries throughout the entire process. Rates were reasonable too and itemized to ensure transparency. I hope to never be divorced again but would certainly use her again if I ever needed to.
