I had a car accident and I desperately need the money, and even after they called me, told me they got a settlement. Yet It’s been at least 3 months since I heard the insurance made what seemed to be a final offer but almost a total of 2 years since I first had called asking for an attorney to represent me! and I need my settlement! I will say that I've only worked with Jackie from the front desk and every time I called she seemed to convey the urgency of my message and understands very well. she is fantastic. They won’t ever call me back, they won’t answer my calls, they won’t update me at all. They say next week or, we’ll call you in a week. All lies. Never follow through on their word. I’m debating on driving to Laredo just to get a response. UPDATE- ive been working with them since the day i left the review, it might have been my fault as i was calling an older phone number for a while. they are in contact and they promised me they would wire the money direct to my account ...we will see if they stand on their word... 2/14/25 - 2:07pm -2/15/25 - 10am they came through! They wired the money direct to my account this morning because I needed it bad by tomorrow! They came through!, what started off as a slow process. Finally worked out. Complete 180* from my initial experience.

I’m incredibly thankful to Mr. Barrio and Mrs. Nunez Mtz for their support during a time when I felt completely overwhelmed. Being in an accident is stressful enough, but I feared everything that would come after would be even more difficult. Thankfully, they stepped in with professionalism, care, and a genuine concern for my well-being. They handled everything smoothly and took the weight off my shoulders. I truly appreciate how they managed my accident case from start to finish.

If I could put zero stars I would. Mr. Del Barrio knew ZERO information about my situation when we went to court because he’d never pick up the phone or set up a meeting with me. He completely did not care or have any interest to help me with my case. It was a complete waste of money. After the court orders & after the court date, I’d call him he’d never answer or he’d send a text. Tell me he’d get back to me, nothing. Practically two years later, I’m struggling with the father of my children because Mr. Del Barrio was not thorough enough to include important information into the court orders that I didn’t realize how important would be till now I’m struggling with. All my friends & family have very detailed court orders with the ex’s but mine does not. Detailed as in phone calls, as in if the ex can not pick up the child there is assigned family members to do so, instead of some random friend ex does coke with. But AGAIN those are all details I’ve seen in other court orders. I wasted my money, anyone who will ask me I will always say DO NOT GO WITH GULLERMO DEL BARRIO, waste of your money!!

Mr. Del Barrio and his team helped me with my Houston car accident. They did an amazing job and helped me each step of the way. I was surprised to get the settlement i did. Great job guys!

Mr. Barrios is a down to earth person who will tell it like it is; and if he can help you, he will, or, if not, he's a professional and won't waste the time. He has helped me when I needed it most.

No good he makes promises he does not fulfill after he gets your money he don't even answer your calls for weeks he don't prepare you for future court hearings overall no good

Unfortunately he can't help but he still charged. Disappointed 😞
