Jennifer is amazing with her knowledge of the Law. She never stops until she crosses the victory line. Her communication skills throughout the case was like none other. Watching her in action, was better than watching Madlock 👍. I see why she has a high winning percentage on cases. I will highly recommend Jennifer to all my family and friends. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Jennifer needs her own live action Lawyer show, Oscar nominated. Keep up the great work, never retire!
I can not recommend Jennifer highly enough for her exceptional work on my child custody case. From start to finish, Jennifer was a dedicated advocate who truly fought for my rights as a parent. The defendant, facing multiple attorneys, attempted to undermine my position, but Jennifer remained steadfast and focused. Her relentless pursuit of justice and unwavering support made all the difference. Eventually, I was granted joint custody along with educational rights—an outcome I owe largely to Jennifer's hard work and expertise. If you are looking for a lawyer who will fight passionately for your parental rights, Jennifer is the one to have on your side. She is truly a pit bull in the best sense of the word!
Jennifer was fantastic! Kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I knew what was happening along the way. Highly recommend!!
Ms.Jennifer Yoxall does an amazing job . She goes above and beyond for her clients. She handled my case with ease and made me understand that I was in good hands. I love the passion she has for justice. I would always recommend her to anyone that needs a family attorney. There is no case she can't handle.
Back in late May, my child’s mom told me that she would be moving out of state with our child in 2 1/2 months. After being referred to Jennifer, I had a discussion with Jennifer the next day. She mentioned an emergency motion to get something set before the move and before school started. I had everything needed from me done and back to her the next day. A few days later Jennifer sent me an email with a draft of the initial filing (not the emergency motion). She listed that I had my child 70% of the time but it was close to 50%. After I approved that one edit, it was submitted to the courts. The other party was served about 2 weeks later. Then, I did not hear from Jennifer again other than a 2-4 word text message responses after I would reach out. I asked about scheduling a time to discuss next steps so I could present information that I collected to see if it could be used in the case. Never had that discussion. Then, the other party reached out to me stating their representation reached out to Jennifer several times and had not gotten a response. I sent the screenshot to the person that referred me and they reached out to Jennifer about it. Later the referrer texted "you have to trust your lawyer" (words that definitely don’t go together and proved to be a mistake). A month after the last communication, I sent a message asking for an update since school was set to start in 3 weeks. She stated, "nothing yet but I’ll follow up." She never did. About a month and change later after hearing nothing from Jennifer I sent a message asking for her to call me. I wanted to ask if she had the bandwidth to take on this case. If so, could she be more proactive like we discussed during our initial conversation. But she never called me. I then called the office and did not get an answer. I decided to seek other representation. I emailed Jennifer a termination letter due to lack of communication, lack of responsiveness and lack of follow through. In the letter, I asked for a refund, asked how the funds would be returned and asked for an itemized list of what had been billed (since this information was not in the portal). A few days later I sent a message asking her to check her email (with the date & time it was sent). I was sent a refund email the next day that did not include anything that I asked for. Days later I followed up asking the same questions. On the itemized list, I was billed for a full hour after she edited one number (changed 70% to 50%, so really one digit was changed) within the initial filing draft document. There were a few other mysterious charges that weren’t as much but added up and seemed unnecessary. Especially, since what we agreed upon wasn’t done as far as being aggressive with the emergency motion. My new representation did not get a response from Jennifer about obtaining the case filings. Jennifer said she would send those to them but did not. So, I forwarded copies of the documents that I have. My new representation submitted the emergency motion but stated it would have been much more effective if it was done by Jennifer when it was initially discussed 2 1/2 months before they moved out of state and the time frame before school started. This all has been a major blow that could have possibly been prevented. I’m continuing to lose precious time with my child and extra resources that could be used for my child’s needs. I debated whether to leave a review for months. I’m deciding to do so because I don’t want anyone else to have a similar experience. This is not a product that can be returned or replaced but it’s our actual lives. I see the person that referred me recently left a 5 star review. They know pieces of what I went through because I would ask them to contact Jennifer when she wasn’t responsive. I guess the goal is to gather as many people (some not clients) to leave 5 star reviews after poor reviews to get the average back up. It would be much better to put in the effort for the actual clients to earn the high ratings. I wish I experienced the 5 star review version that I’ve read.
Ms. Yoxall provided great legal service throughout my challenging divorce process. She truly understood what I was going through and empathized with my situation, which made a world of difference. I shared my priorities with her, and she made sure I got everything I asked for. She advocated fiercely on my behalf, whether it was with opposing counsel or in the courtroom, and her presence and punctuality never wavered.
Jenn is wonderful to work with. She truly cares about her clients. Helped me through my divorce and treated me like I was a friend and not a client only. She believed in me when I stoped believing and fought hard to get me the justice I deserved. Forever thankful and cannot recommend her enough. Much Love, Natasa.
