I had an unprofessional experience with Juan Gonzalez at the Law Firm of Richard L. Francis. During our interaction, Mr. Gonzalez made an inappropriate and unnecessary comment, stating that Oxnard "looks worse than Tijuana." This remark was disrespectful and had no place in a professional legal setting. Regardless of personal opinions, clients should be treated with respect. Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism shown.

Mr. Francis and Juan Gonzalez treated me and my family well when we had to battle with Allstate. They will fight for you and get you the most they can. Plus, Juan Gonzalez son was also very nice and he definitely looks like his dad. I will make you guys some more cookies for Christmas.

I went to Juan Gonzales with my vehicle accident case. It has been a year since the insurance company settled and I have yet to receive my money. Every time I call, I am told that he needs to speak to the accountant and that he will call me back. He hasn't. I am filing a complaint with the state bar. Go somewhere else.

Richard is the best. Worked with him for many years. I worked with others before. They made it complicated, not Richard. He gets the most results in the simplest way.
