The only regret I have regarding Richard Isles, is that I didn't hire him first. He's fantastic!! I had the misfortune of hiring two previous lawyers before finding Mr. Isles. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. When we first met, I told him I was looking for an attorney who would keep me informed, return my calls or emails in a timely fashion and be honest with me. These are all things the other attorneys promised, but never delivered. Richard K. Isles delivered. He came to court prepared, presented my case in a professional manner, was compassionate, respectful and successfully navigated my complicated case through some very dark and emotional waters. It bears mentioning that behind every great lawyer is a great staff. I can honestly say there's not a member of his staff that wasn't incredibly kind and amazingly helpful. If they tell you they're going to do something ... it's done and done right the first time. I highly recommend Richard K. Isles with zero hesitation.

Fantastic representation on my child custody case. Mr. Isles did an incredible job of presenting my case that I had self prepared. Mr. Isles' professionalism and congeniality are second to none. Very informative every step of the way. Much better than the two previous attorneys I had engaged for my on going situation. Thank you very much Mr. Isles! Update 7/7/15: So I am back at it fighting to maintain custody of my son. Mr. Isles got what we wanted (730 Evaluation for all parties) and what is in the best interest of my son. Mr. Isles schooled opposing council (a high price Orange County lawyer) and made sure my side of the story was heard and understood by the Judge.

If you want your Bank account drained and the very minimal done in your court case he's your man. Mr. Isles and his staff only care about your money and not helping you in your situation. I hired him for about 6 months and got no where in my case. Very poor communication on behalf of his whole office! I did not hear from his office until a payment was made and also did not hear from either Mr. Isles or his staff until the day of my actual court date! We had no preparation done or anything. He also extended a court date for his own personal reasons and charged me for it. Long story short over $10,000 later I am representing myself and I am getting further in my case then I ever did with him and his staff. It's sad people take advantage of people like us when we are in such a vulnerable situation. I will NEVER hire him again or do I EVER recommend anyone do the same.

Richard has to be one of the best lawyers I’ve ever had or seen. He was very personal and attentive to my case. He fought for my kids as they were his own. He always stayed in touch with me regarding my case. I never had to call him more then once and he would get right back to me and I never had to worry about my case. All I can say if you need a lawyer get Richard and I promise you will be happy. Thank you sir and my family thanks you as well.

This is a first rate law firm which handled my unique case in a professional matter. The staff was very sensitive to my specific situation (being stationed abroad with a case in California). The attorneys knew military divorce to its fullest. In fact Richard Isles was a veteran of the Navy. They were diligent in responding to my emails quickly and informatively due to no telephone communications available on my end at the time. Their prices were reasonable as well. It can be difficult when you are overseas relying on a law firm far away, yet I was provided, without delay, responsive strategic lawyering. I was confident from the start that my divorce was in good hands after my first phone consultation, then a follow up email from them. From that point on it was evident that my fathers’ rights would be protected and upheld in the court of law, even in my absence. In the end, I felt the law office provided professional service and would recommend them to anyone in the armed forces going through divorce or custody issues.
