I picked Mr Greens office because of a add, he came a spoke very highly of his office, 3 years later no one returns my calls, they are constantly changing for agents I have two Worker comp cases and I would not recommend this attorney’s office to anyone

I highly recommend Law offices of William W. Green & Associates. I had hired Sweet James and they were a complete joke. My uncle recommended this firm to me and boy was I happy I switched attorneys. I had a wonderful experience with the Stepanie Ri who always went above and beyond her duties to help me out.

I have been trying to get a response from this law firm since June 2024. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails, I have received no meaningful response. Every time I call, I'm told that someone will get back to me shortly, but that has never happened. To make matters worse, my case gets assigned to a new caseworker almost every week, and none of them seem to know anything about my situation. This has caused significant delays in my ability to receive necessary medical care. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, consistency, and professionalism. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, when they want to take your case they are very nice to you but then you are stuck in the swamp. I had multiple questions concerning my case, and I had to call every morning and afternoon, and the receptionist told me they are on meeting, which I couldn't figure out till today how long that meeting be .......

My husband is doing a workmans comp case. Can't get any calls back. Been with this lawyer for almost 4 years. Get maybe 1 call a year from them, they don't answer any questions. Have had 8 different case workers since being with them. Took over 2 yrs to see a dr. We finally got a letter from insurance. Called office and case worker said we should have been getting a check since October from the insurance. Have not received 1 check, its now may 3rd. Yet we told him we have been calling to find out any information on the case. And no call back. But magically when we get the letter, he now has answered our call 3 times in the last 2 days. Go figure. We are about to lose everything. No answers or help. And apparently he can't get in touch with William green to answer why we have not received his check when they work in the same damn building. My husband has been so patient with this whole process. But I feel so bad for him because he's worked hard his whole life and to be treated like this is ridiculous. Oh, and apparently they don't have all the information on his injuries which we have given them multiple times. And they are trying to get him to settle on 1 injury instead of all of them. William green called my husband personally and told him he would get him the best service and outcome possible, 4 yes ago. Where Is your service at green?

The worst most unprofessional office ever. if only I had read all these negative reviews on William Greens office, i would of never ever hired them. They never communicate, they never call you back, they always end up hanging up on you and never return emails until you threaten to take them to The State Bar. They lie continuously to you. One of the worst employees is Noemi who calls herself the manager. She is absolutely so unprofessional, dishonest and does not give a s... about you or her work environment. i do not see how she can be called a manager when she does NOTHING for this law practice but destroy it. I ended up firing them and am so glad i did. This place is such a nightmare to deal with. I ended up working out my work comp case without them on my own. I must say what a pleasure it was dealing with the defendants insurance attorneys. They were so very professional. They called me when they said they would. They emailed me when they said they would. They answered all my questions in a very professional manner and were just a pleasure to deal with. If anyone has a work comp case, RUN from this law firm.

This Law Offices is the best. I have known Mr. Green for about 6 years and have always preferred them as my lawyers they won all my cases and he even visits you in person to see how you are. I recommend this law firm to all my friends and family.

THIS LAW FIRM TALKS A GOOD TALK BUT DON'T WALK THE WALK ! As a matter of fact they need to Slither isn't that's what dnakes intended grass do! My husband a disabled fireman is still waiting for a settlement for (wait for it) since 2003 date of Injury has had an attorney fired him Mr Green took the case in 2012 and were still waiting, no returned calls no compensation we had to move out of state because we couldn't afford California, he has had 3 reconstruction surgeries and needs another but they can't even get him a Dr. I'm going to sue for legal malpractice. I've put on a complaint with the State Bar of California regarding this firm everybody that has been wronged by them complain to the Bar if enough complain maybe he will get shut down.
