it’s a long wait to get through to a person on the phone and after the third try of the same thing happening i had to give up. as soon as a person comes on the phone, you can’t hear a thing. you ask them to repeat and then they hang up on you

Kendra Johnson is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered; she talks as if you’re disturbing her. And I’ve just found another person who had the same issues I had when dealing with her. How she hasn’t been investigated/disbarred is beyond me. Be careful trying to get bankruptcy help from her, might be better to save money and find a law firm but if you HAVE to deal with her, record EVERYTHING esp phone calls.

These people are THE MOST Compassionate, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and most hardworking group of people in the State of Alabama. Justice is imperfect as are we as humans, but these people brace the seas of injustice we all face and fight for their clients . God love them all! I sure do

Very non professional. I called their line and they were busy and the automated system said I coukd leave my number for a call back in 5 minutes..it was 1 hour before they returned my call and the lady was very Rude to me. She stated they did not do family cases that I needed a Private attorney. I ask what the term private attorney meant as I truly didn't know she referred me to the Alabama Bar association were all attorney in Alabama are listed. Again I ask what private attorney meant..again she referenced me to.the Bar association...so I said does this mean that I need one I have to pay for and she said yes in a very Rushed and Rude tone. She was not polite at all. And as anyone can see my Google reviews I rarely give bad reviews but She was not helpful which is fine as I understand they do not do family cases but she was very rude understand not helpful at all. Maybe some of their other employees are polite but not this lady. I wouldn't refer anyone to this place at be talked to and treated like this.

The staff was friendly and professional. They got all the paperwork I needed completed in a timely fashion, being careful to explain everything to me without rushing and answer all my questions directly and honestly. Great experience!

I happened to find myself facing eviction and I reached out to LSA to assist me. The managing attorney contacted me within the expected time frame given upon applying. Ms. Majid was also kind enough to see me upon my arrival to her office without having an appointment. She listened to my testimony and offered to contact my landlord prior to the date in which my my lease was scheduled to terminate. My landlord rescinded the notice of termination on the following business day of Ms. Majid’s professional representation which led to us resolving the issues without stepping into court. God bless Ms. Majid and all of the professional associates that work for LSA in providing a much needed assistance to low income citizens of Alabama. It is such a privilege to have received y’all’s assistance in a time that I felt hopeless in being able to defend myself adequately. LSA prevented me from becoming homeless! Lord Father please continue blessing those who help others! Amen.
