It’s shocking how many lawyers don’t do their legal research before commenting to clients. We all have access to ChatGPT. This lawyer claimed that the appeals court wouldn’t reverse a conviction despite the fact that every other state within the federal appeals circuit outlaws the practice. For the appeals court to rule for Minnesota means it would be ruling against every one of those other states. Knowledgeable attorneys have already stated that my case needed to be decided by the US Supreme Court.
