If you want an attorney that can just get you a plea bargain, there are tons of those. If you want an attorney that can get you the results you need, choose Tim. My case was one where the State and a Corporation were trying to set an example of me, I was David in front of Goliath, and I was absolutely terrified before I found Tim. Tim knew what was at stake, and during each phone call, would update me and even empathize with me "I’m real sorry that you’re having to go through this" and such. I could tell that Tim actually cared about my outcome because to him, it was an injustice that he personally wanted to help me fix. Multiple times he would let me know of my options, i.e. Plea Bargains, and I would tell him "Tell me if you recommend something differently, but I believe that I did not commit the crime, and if I wanted a plea bargain, I wouldn’t have hired you", and he would tell me "That’s exactly my thoughts too". Ultimately, we stuck it to the end, and on the Friday before my Jury Trial, he called me back with excellent news; he was successfully able to get the case dropped. At the end of the day, attorneys come in all shapes and sizes. Some, talk to you like you don’t know how the law works, some will aim to only get you a plea bargain (as the one I talked to while considering Tim did), some of them forget that we are humans and people dealing with our own struggles, and then there is Tim who listened to my story, treated me like a person and handled my case like a caring professional. And if that’s not enough, phone calls with him are engaging, like listening to a novel; creating suspense when it’s appropriate and providing relief when it’s needed. It’s kinda wild to say this, but when he told me the case was dismissed, I was both relieved and sad, because the entire client experience was great. That’s not to say that you don’t worry when facing charges, however, I decided that I need to trust Tim Lindstrom and Lindstrom Law, and it paid off. Tim Lindstrom is a top notch lawyer who pays attention to the fine lines and details, we took my case which was a 3rd DUI to trial with full confidence and a plan that we put together that allowed quick audibles if needed for any scenario we would come across and walked away with a full dismissal of all charges due to him knowing the law better than the DA. He kept me updated on everything throughout the whole process, always made time for my questions and needs and always left me feeling good about a bad situation since I live in Texas.
