If I could give negative rating I would. Please research other lawyers. There are better ones in town. Complete disappointment. Incredibly expensive for no work to be done. She does not work for her clients. She does not fight for her clients. She does not educate or advise her clients. She rolls over and takes it in the court room. There was constant conversation with her in our disappointment in her representation and instead of fixing it she got mad and treated us worse. At one point she may have been a motivated hard charging lawyer but now she’s deflated. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. She gossips with the opposing lawyer openly. If you choose to hire her, you have been warned. I do want to say her front desk employee Andrea was very patient with us and helped us at to the best of her ability.

I absolutely love Luwana. She is by far the best of the best! I was stuck in a horrible custody battle and she went above and beyond for me and my child. I've had friends use Luwana too. If you want the right person who truly cares about your situation she's the one to call. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs and wants a fantastic attorney.

My husband and I hired her for a support case against his ex. Hard to get a hold of, very expensive especially for someone who doesn’t take the time to talk to you about your case, doesn’t follow through the way she said she will., I would recommend talking to other lawyers in town. She only left us feeling frustrated and ripped off.

No nonsense, professional and wonderful service. Luwana and Andrea make a great team. They have worked super hard at my divorce. Her directness and candor are a blessing. She has never missed appointments and listens to my concerns and puts a plan in action. Thanks you Luwana and Andrea for all the hard work!

I didn't want to come on here in do this but i am just so disappointed. The lawyer didn't have to do much on the case. I really have nothing bad to say about luanna john. Its her secretary that I am having issues with. I was told by the court house I could pick up my final decree at the lawyers office. But I cant get past her secretary!!! Last week she was very rude to me when saying No the very first time I called without even hearing what I was asking for. Than I have had nothing but bull since. From leaving me on hold to not answering the phone completely what should be 5 stars is now 2 because of the secretary . She really needs bedside manors!!

Miss Luwana John is a super professional, caring, and all business attorney. If she says that she is going to work for you, you can count on getting the best out of her. She is what I would like to call a miracle worker, and a tremendous blessing. If you ever need council and representation in anything she can handle I highly recommend it. Thank you and your fine staff again.

Absolutely unprofessional. Called for my consultation and the assistant told me ok stay by your phone she will call you in a min. Ok. I wait 15-20 mins nothing so I call back and she was rude. But told me she’s finishing up a call and will call you just be patient. Ok fine. Here we are 4 DAYS! Later and still no call. I made time to have this appointment and got nothing!
