Jack Shephard did an awesome job in my title consolidation case. The firm was expensive as a per hour cost but were very fair in their total charges against the retainer. Everyone I've dealt with at the firm seemed fair and honest. I'd use them again if I had another suit to file.

With the exception of Jack Shepard, the LCA firm attorneys, specifically Randy Rouse, need to review the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

All the reviews are coming from males- so as a woman making a review- I can tell you my first hand experience with Shane Stokes. Shane Stokes was a court-appointed Amicus Attorney who told the judge to terminate all my rights based on the opposing attorneys evidence. I have no idea what was in this evidence as it was handed to me the minute we started Court. Shane Stokes never took one minute to talk to me but I know that he spent much time talking with the opposing side and made an EXTREMELY biased report. I highly suggest you avoid hiring this extremely dangerous person. Also, if you do some background work on him you will find that he is not even qualified to make these types of decisions in peoples life. I cannot speak on the services of the other attorneys, but I can speak on behalf of the experience I had with Shane, a very saddening and scary one.

Madison Rose helped my family probate my father's estate in 2021. She made the process so easy and we will always be grateful for Madison and her staff.

My husband and I used Shane Stokes' services for our daughter's Adoption, and we will use him again for our son's Adoption!
