ARROGANT HOSTILE STAY AWAY I called to inquire about a practice area they claim to handle on their website. The female person yelled at me that they were only taking employment discrimination claim. She was very confrontational, hostile and immediately yelled around. So why would you state on your website several other practice areas when you are not taking clients in these areas? It makes no sense to misinform potential clients via your website. Any reasonable person would remove this from your website. Instead clients who contact the office get yelled at. Any reasonable lawyer would care enough to have this removed or at least be apologetic for wasting the time of potential clients. Apparently they seem to be indifferent to how to treat clients a friend of mine said . You do not want someone like that to handle your case who apparently seems not to care a little bit about his website and tolerates that his staff yells at reasonable inquires in desperate need of legal services. You might also read the numerous, genuine bad reviews here. It should be noted that the owner of the law firm failed to even bother to comment on any bad reviews. It seem this firm as a friend of mine put it puts profits before people and treats them like .....you know what. My friend also told me that there are companies that write Google reviews for law offices so be careful with the good reviews.

Paid $300 for a 22 min consultation where Aaron informed that his plate was pretty full but would revisit my issue in 2 weeks. He also informed that if he was unable to assist I would be referred to a colleague. 2 weeks passed and I sent an email for a follow up to the secretary as well as Aaron and Michael Maduff and I received no response. My issue was completely ignored by all parties. It would have been more professional to inform that they were unable to assist then to take my money while already knowing their plates were full and completely ignoring me. It’s unacceptable how I was treated when looking for assistance from those who are supposed to help. Seems like they only wanted that consultation fee to meet their quota for the day.

I was referred to Maduff and Maduff by another firm from Springfield who stated that Maduff and Maduff were more closer (I am in Chicago) and were better suited to assist me with my issue. That was an honest and WONDERFUL recommendation! I worked with Aaron on my situation and I appreciated is honesty and straightforwardness and after assessing the situation presented all the options so that I could make the best, intelligent and well informed decision. He was able to negotiate a better severance deal for me than the one my company initially offered.
