Art Mata represented me at least a dozen times against the Lawton police dept and OK Highway Patrol Back 38 years ago for traffic citations from racing. Great attorney, always polite and honest, in two cases he told me I was not going to win that particular case and to pay the fines.

He’s a damn good lawyer. You just pay him the money and you’re good he’s got you. I hope you’re doing okay Art. I’m worried about you give me a call sometime I changed phones so I lost your cell.

Wish there was less than a one star rating.. for me to give an attorney my hard earned cash n hear nothing back for 3 months is very unprofessional.. especially when i called almost every other day in an attempt to get an update on my case is highly unacceptable.. then we finally sit down and have a conversation and all im hearing is curse word after curse word along with being insulted about my personal life. Save yourself some time and money,, go elsewhere!!

Don't really know...I hadn't gotten a return call prior to court which landed me in need of an attorney even more so than prior to my appearance before the judge. Came highly recommended but haven't utilized the skills they have to offer...

Awsome lawyer smart and is a lawyer that wont just take your money . He has given me so much help and advice and that is without me even hiring him. I wanter to hire him but my case is a case thats federal and he told me he didnt want me to hire him if he cant help or do anything so i thought that was very cool most lawyers will take money without even being able to help. So i reccoment him he is really smart and knows his stuff real well. I am going to be giving him some money just for helping and the advice .he told me exactly how it was going to go with court and nailed it to the exact T. So i trust him and is one of the best lawyers ive ever came across.

Mr. Mata was hired 18 months ago to help a friend who is in prison and seeking a better trial/sentence. He took $8000 and has missed every meeting he scheduled, not returned calls, and showed no interest in pursuing what he was hired to do. Takes money in parking lots, casinos, grocery stores, with no receipts. He does not return communications at all. No professionalism at all. Left several messages with secretary too and she did not follow through with billable hours, receipts, nothing... Beware!
