Today 9/8/15, Cy Abdo represented me in a Drivers License Appeal hearing at the Circuit Court in Mount Clemens. Cy was able to secure my driving privileges without restrictions. I can not state it enough how professional and caring a person he is. This was an appeal because the original hearing officer had denied my appeal. The Judge set aside the petition because the petitioners rights have been prejudiced by the determination , which is arbitrary, capricious, or clearly an abuse or unwarranted exercise of discretion.
