I called Max and his law firm about an early settlement offer I received due to a car accident. When I first received a call back, his legal assistant (Richard) was very thorough in asking for details, so that when Max called me, he had most of the necessary information ready to go. Max was extremely kind in giving me a lot of time on how to best proceed, even though none of these routes would end up leading to a case that he and his firm could take on. I was cut off by a car while riding my motorcycle. Other party involved initially accepted fault until insurance companies got involved then denied all involvement.
