They know what they are doing! I was contacted immediately by their intake department to get all the information of the accident and insurance companies and regarding treatment. Mr. Strobel was able to answer all of my questions and leave me with peace of mind that everything was being handled. They did the job but communion is iffy I called several time to ask questions and never would get a call back but I would text them and sometimes get answers but overall they did a good job
