John Bender was highly recommended to us and he certainly lived up to that praise. He always took my calls or returned them quickly the same day. He listened to everything we needed to tell him and never rushed us. He was genuinely interested in trying to solve our problems. I knew when I met him that he was a man of high integrity. We are so thankful we had him as our attorney because he never stopped until he had taken care of our problem to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him .

John Bender was a blessing to my family. We had hired a caregiver for our 85 year old bedridden father, who didn’t want anything except a free house to take over. When the job become more than he wanted he wouldn’t leave. Evection was our only way to replace him with someone who could take care of dad. With just one phone call we could tell this attorney was not the one! He was rude..dismissive..and would not give a referral for an attorney that would help with our case despite the fact he claimed he doesn’t handle what we need his services for.
