This law firm is proof that attorneys are nothing but professional con artists. I had retained Zach atchley for a landlord tenant case. He charged me a retainer of $1250 at $150 an Hour. That was "most likely going to cover the case." He typed out ONE letter to my landlord that I didn’t even end up sending to them b4 they had resolved the problem. Me and Zach had spoke for 72 minutes on the phone, 30 minutes in his office, and he said he spent about an hour on the letter at first. Yet he billed me for 4.8 hours of his time(even tho he couldn’t have spent more than 3 hours on this case) Essentially, I paid him $750 to wright one small letter. When I had questioned him about how much time he had billed, he provided me no proof or valid explanation as to why there was an additional 2 hours billed. So basically He lied and said he spend twice as much time on my case so that he could charge me twice as much. DO NOT trust this firm. They will take your money and get you absolutely nothing in return…

Beware. I was mislead by the attorney who assured me that my case was a simple one. I was overcharged and had to continuously call to get my account closed out. When I attempted to resolve my issues with the office manager I was treated very poorly and talked down to. I would seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.
