My mother called to obtain her hard file and was notified it was destroyed without her knowledge, no written correspondence or copy sent to her prior to its destruction. I called with my mother on the line present the entire time and the receptionist, Marie, who answered told me she couldn’t help since there’s nothing left. After 6-7 years of no services, hard files get destroyed but my mother was still a client and even refiled a renewal in 2022 with their office so we wanted to understand why her documents were destroyed. She continued to tell me she couldn’t give me more information and to wait for an attorney Carolina to speak to my mother "if necessary". I told her it was necessary to obtain copies of these documents & asked to schedule an appointment/time for my mother to speak to the attorney and she continued to deny us a time to speak to Carolina before rudely hanging up on us mid sentence. EXTREMELY disappointed in this firms services in providing professional communication to the client. Obtaining your own documents should not be this hard.

Been working with Jerri Mead’s office since about 2018 for my husbands K1 Fiance Visa! Carolina has been with us every step of the way. She is communicative and answers all our questions.

Don’t waste your time and money to hire this incompetent so called immigration lawyer. I had a consultation with her about my husband’s case. I was told by Meed that my husband will never be coming home to the United States and that I should look at another country to move my family to. What a joke! She also stated that she took my case and consulted with 2 other immigration lawyers about this case and all told her that my husband will never be returning to the states. I immediately seek out another lawyer. And came across this amazing lawyer in MI and God bless our family with a Senior immigration lawyer who does her job and brought my husband home within 3 months from the time her and her team started working on my husband’s case. If you heard anything negative from Meed, trust me there will be someone who has much greater knowledge and experience than this crook! My husband’s immigration lawyer name is Heather Garvock from Ellis Porter Immigration Law Firm. She has 5 solid stars rating all over their website and Google. Better hire someone where your money won’t go to waste. I highly recommend her to EVERYONE. If I can give a zero star for Meed I would gladly do so.

I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the service Jerri provided my spouse and I with. Since the first time we met with her she was very professional and proved to be very skilled at what she does. Not only her but her whole staff were extremely welcoming, patient and kind to my spouse and I. I am extremely happy we chose her to handle our immigration case.
