We had a different attorney with our real estate type of case, which eventually advised us to drop our case and pay attorney fees for both the defense and our case. We were referred to Jeff Wheat legal by the first attorney. Jeff looked at our case and stated there is something here to get and that we had a case. He took over the case. We did not get all the money invested into our real estate issue but we were able to get some of the money in arbitration. We could have went to trial but the defendants had a history of restarting under a new name. And even though we would have won based on the track record and the cost of a trial we settled for some funds. We were told no money but owing and paying out to getting back something. Jeff was fair and was good at his job. A trial attorney is different than a settling type or arbitration type. Jeff was great at what he was brought in for. We are happy and recommend Wheat legal.
