Mr. Moosebrugger was great. Gabby was great she spent 10 minutes taking notes while I explained my case and she asked questions. I got disconnected from Gabby and called back and Hailey answered. She minimalized anything I said, was short with me and condescending. Although Gabby spent 10 minutes with me Hailey said I needed to do my intake in two sentences. It just got worse. If this is her normal demeanor I wonder how many cases Mr. Moosebrugger loses because of it. I have the recorded phone call if anybody wishes to hear it
