Paid $350 for a 1 hour consultation that promised a followup phone call/meeting afterwards, as needed. I tried contacting Corey, her assistant, multiple times but the responses were vague initially and then I was totally ghosted. After trying a few more times, I dropped them altogether. I was looking to file some documentation with them but with this poor work ethic and absolute disregard for a paid service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. What good is a lawyer that you can't get hold of?

Jan Pederson and her team recently assisted me in my change of visa status, a process I was completely new to and had little knowledge of. This lack of knowledge did not last long as she called me even when she was on vacation to explain the process to me. Apart from making herself available when needed, she and her team worked diligently and ensured the process kept moving forward even when unforeseen obstacles popped up. Really cannot express how grateful I am to have been able to have her to guide me through this process.

Stay away. After being her client for over a year, I ended up suffering harm and least advantageous outcome including inability to work as well as huge financial loss because of her negligence. Extremely inattentive immigration lawyer that cannot file life-work-dependent documents in timely manner. Zero responsibility for wrong actions and mistakes, only "sorry, we were busy moving to a new office". Do not repeat my mistake and hire a good professional instead who will not screw your immigration process.

The lawyer was terrible. I paid $575, and she didn’t even bother to review my resume beforehand. She suggested things I already knew and told me to do them. She was the worst.

Nothing good to say honestly. Her and her team have a huge lack of responsiveness. Did not even show up to our immigration appointment and of course never heard an apology or explanation. Everything went well luckily and never again heard back from them.

Attorney Pederson has been a great source of support for me. She has helped me a lot through challenging processes and I highly recommend her.

Excellent immigration attorney with a wealth of knowledge and great connections. Received everything I required in a short timeframe which was unbelievable. Thank you 🙂
