I contacted the Nave law firm after I was charged with a DWI along with several significant misdemeanors. I was facing possible jail time, and a probation sentence at the very least. I explained during my consult that the most important thing to me was avoiding probation. The outcome was nothing short of a miracle. Not only was I not subjected to jail time OR probation, I walked away with no convictions at all. Andrew quickly arranged a plea for me where the DWI & misdemeanors were traded for just two traffic violations. My experience with Andrew was great. I received an automatic felony DWI upon refusing a breathalyzer as I had received a previous DWI within the last 10 years. Andrew and Derek told me they were confident taking this case to trial. We didn’t even get that far. These amazing gentlemen were able to negotiate down to a DWAI which is only a violation, not even a crime. They were prompt and responsive. I had been trying to get my license reinstated for literally a few years, losing hundreds of dollars in the process. repeatedly paying $100 with no success.
