I had a disappointing experience with Navigate Law Group. I used my Family Legal Plan to help pay for Estate Plans for two different relatives. In both cases, the process stretched on for months. My first loved one repeatedly raised concerns about delays, so I contacted Navigate Law Group to request status updates and see if there was anything I could do to help move things forward. My calls and emails were never returned. The second situation was far more serious. My father, who was battling stage 4 lung cancer, was told that Navigate Law Group would not release his estate plan due to a billing issue. I made multiple attempts to contact them to resolve the matter. If payment was needed, I was ready and willing to take care of it immediately. Despite the urgency, no calls or emails were returned. After receiving no response, I contacted my Legal Plan provider and explained that my father’s Estate Plan was being withheld. I was informed this was not appropriate and they are not allowed to do that per the plans terms. After my legal plan intervened, my father received his Estate Plan. Based on this experience, I will not be using Navigate Law Group for my own estate planning which I will be taking care of here in 2026.

I am continuously impressed with Amber at Navigate Law. The limited scope advisement option rather than full representation help me save on expenses. Though I did not have full on representation in courtroom, I feel very confident with the advisement and prep work that they helped me with for my family Court matter. Amber and Brittany worked hard into the night and even weekends on my case. Never have I met anyone more passionate and committed in their line of work!

Mark Carter and his staff have been amazing. They were patient and understanding while I assisted family members who needed to file bankruptcy. The level of service and response time by both the staff and Mr. Carter was truly impeccable. Mr. Carter educated us as to our options, kept us informed, followed up timely and was present during required meetings up until the final one. She helped me filter through everything I needed to and helped me set up a solid parenting plan that was beneficial to both parties. Unfortunately since then I’ve had an awful co-parenting journey and have needed to reach out several times. Every team Amber and her team were nothing but amazing. Most recently she helped me navigate through some very difficult issues with my co-parent and concerns about my child’s safety.
