I bought a car that was a lemon and had 90days, warranty. Clutch & heater core went before 30 days. Begged for 60days to fix or let exchange another car. Asked the bank for 2years to come get it. Now paying crazy money & crazy interest. Charging more than I was buying car for originally & more than book value, with extremely high interest. Called to get #'s and Alex Niederman acts like im the biggest criminal. I've been faithful paying monthly not as much as they would like, unfortunately it's a tough expensive world especially on your own. The call made me feel so useless especially knowing the lemon i purchased and still paying for. Thanks Alex for making a hard working woman who pays her bills feel like a loser!!!

This is by far the worst law firm I have ever worked with. Not willing to work with clients or veterans, all they care about it is money, they are greedy and will suck you dry! Trust me, run the other way, save yourself the time effort and especially money and go somewhere else! Wish I could give negative stars!

I am 60yes old and get $815. per month SS, and they take $150. NICE People we have here in NH.

These guys and gals are just doing their job. I have been summoned twice because of credit card issues. My fault. I defaulted on my obligations and wasnt surprised when they came to collect. I found them very reasonable and when I told them what I could afford each month, they accepted it. My only office contact with them was to ask for my balance... The response was friendly and professional. If you want to be mad, be mad at the credit card companies... but remember, the debt IS yours.

Sure it’s their job to collect, but there is a point as to when you’re just going out of your way to try and take all of people’s money that they have saved up for their family, especially in todays horrible economy. These guys tried doing this to me, I made them an offer and they never even countered, so what did they do, they took me to Court and tried have the judge order me to give them my entire tax return, and pay them on a monthly basis in addition. They basically wanted me to pay money towards air, so that they could satisfy their millionaire and billionaire friends, and in return line their pockets from them. Just pay out all this money towards air from debts that are YEARS old so that your law firm can continue making boatloads of money from these companies, this is asinine. If you feel that this is you then you should really consider at least speaking to a person who actually has a soul, by the name of William M. Gillen out of Manchester, NH. Soulless snakes like this only have power in the district Court setting, they will take you in there with the judge, and try and muscle you around, and threaten you with arrest, and keep trying to take you back to Court, etc. what they don’t want you to know, is that you MAY have other options on the table that these guys can’t do anything about. Not only is William a lawyer, but he is an average human being with a heart, who honorably served in the Marine core as well, and he will at least listen to you! Unlike these people here, if you want to call them people. Please, if you feel like you’re being unfairly muscled into a corner with no way out, call William M. Gillen out of Manchester, NH. It doesn’t cost anything to pick up the phone and at least talk to him.

Happy they have worked with me as a financially burdened consumer with old cc debt. I went to college for 6 years in a row even throughout Covid until May 2021. Lots of credit card debt loans etc. lead to stress with no solid job outlook at the end of my schooling. These attorneys understood and actually listened. I was honest and they appear to be just doing their jobs and they helped me when they were not obligated to. For that NSL deserves 5 stars! I will remember this. Thank you!

This firm is excellent. I have worked with them for decades. They do not lie, cheat, or steal. They honor their promises every time. Work with them, and they will work with you. If you feel disrespected, speak with one of the lawyers.
