North Carolina Real Estate Law Firm

If i could give 0 stars, I would. This man and his office never answers the phone. The voicemail says you can text for faster response however he doesn't even answers those, despite mentioning its an urgent matter. When on the rare occurrence the office answers, they say they will relay the message, however God knows if that even happens, and if so, he choses to ignore the urgency. I have been trying to contact him for 2 years now to no avail. I paid him to remove my ex husband from my deed and the Johnston County system still shows his name. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I'm so happy I was able to close on the sell of my house with Nick at NC Real Estate Law Firm. He made it extremely easy and pleasant. I had a unique situation but he handled it with care and ease. Not only did he accommodate several factors and accomplish the job, I also left his office personally encouraged and uplifted. He is a true expert and professional who genuinely cares for people. We have had nothing but successful and smooth closings with them, their communication is fantastic, they are so accessible, and so great with the clients. Even when we're not actively working on a transaction with them, they are completely available for questions and guidance. They recently supported my clients on a ridiculously short close, 8 days. Not only did they run everything smoothly and quickly, they managed to button everything up a full day early and we are all thrilled. They are excellent partners!

I worked with Nick Karr for a real estate closing and was extremely impressed by how he and his staff at the North Carolina Real Estate Law Firm handled the transaction. This particular closing was a rather bumpy one, and Nick really helped us through it. We had to reschedule the closing for a time that was extremely inconvenient for my clients and he went as far as offering to drive out to their workplace so they could sign paperwork and avoid having to push back closing a second time. They are efficient, responsive, and delightful to work with. Their attitude is "can do," and they do whatever they can to accommodate me and my clients. Nick does an outstanding job of conducting closings. He doesn't speed through the forms, nor does he take hours, reading every line. He hits the important points, and makes sure the my clients understand what they are saying. He educates my clients during the closing. Nick is also a valued resource to me, when I have any questions related to real estate. He also is a wonderful person, with the highest level of integrity.
