This has been one of the WORST collection agencies I’ve worked with. I used to be a debt collector so I have a soft spot in my heart for them and the way these guys lie to people is absolutely absurd. I called multiple times regarding my garnishment to set some kind of payment agreement up. They had their agents lying to me telling me they were supervisors and agreed to set up payments with me. They told me one amount that I could pay to have my garnishment dropped and turned around and told me today almost double what it was. The supervisor is rude as hell basically telling me that that I was wrong and it’s not true that anyone told me these things. I called MULTIPLE times last week. First time I spoke with someone they told me within 24-48 hours I’d head back. Never heard back. I called them 3xs last week just to get the run around and clearly lied to. I understand this is my debt I need to pay and I’m willing to do that but i won’t be doing it with these guys that’s for sure.

Still contacting me after I set up payments and then secretly have a court date set without telling me and then charging me all the court fees on top of what I owe and still hounding me for more money to pay and never report it to credit bureau that it's paid, it's been months. I think the office would be much more useful as a parking lot than a "Business".

I hope the company will listen. Your guidelines for your employees to sumbit settlements are too high for the age of the debts. I tried to settle a debt for nearly 70% of the amount owed. A 9 year old debt bought for pennies on the dollar. I am a stay at home mom and I don't need a bank account. I will be shutting it down and they will thus get 0%.

Try to work with them then they go after twice what you owe. Should be investigated

This company sent me a bill with stating there going to take me to Cort, never one time received anything about this prior to the bill... one time notice with a Cort threat who dose that.

Called me on bogus bill they said I owed. Bunch of Scammers
